Rural No Worries Internet
In Summer 2017 GCI launched No Worries internet plans for our Utqiagvik customers to eliminate troublesome overages and put an end to surprise bills. The new plans are less expensive, include more data, and increase the download and upload speed for our customers. After 20 years of partnership, we are still finding more ways to deliver better value to our customers.
Improved Wireless Experience
In January 2018 GCI increased the size of our network in Utqiagvik and launched an improved wireless experience for our customers. GCI customers will now be able to experience increased speeds and data for their mobile devices with our improved service.
New TV Channels
In November 2017, we upgraded our AK Choice TV plans in Utqiagvik to include TNT and upgraded our Total TV and Digital Variety customer with JUCE and Smile TV.
