Texting and voice calls are currently unavailable for GCI mobile customers traveling in Mexico. As an alternative, we recommend using Voice over WiFi by connecting to a WiFi network to make calls. There is no known impact to data services. We apologize for the inconvenience and expect this issue to be resolved in June.
