We're excited to launch the all-new MyGCI. Now, your usage, bill pay, and account management are all in one place.

Please be aware that your bill history was not imported in to the new system. This means that you may have a balance due on your account, even though MyGCI is showing "Awaiting First Bill." To see the total amount due for your current bill, click “Pay Now” (payment will not be processed unless you choose to do so by following the prompts). You can also set up autopay, which will automatically deduct the total amount due from your bank account or credit card.

Once your next bill is generated, your current balance will be reflected on both the Overview and Billing tabs of MyGCI.
