Depending on your streaming device, do the following:

Apple TV
• Press and hold both the Back  and TV  buttons on the Siri Remote until the Apple TV status light blinks rapidly.
• Unplug the device from power, wait five seconds, then reconnect it.
• In Settings, go to System and select Restart.

Amazon Fire TV
• Press and hold the Select  and Play/Pause  buttons at the same time, for ten seconds.
• Unplug the device from power, wait five seconds, then reconnect it.
• In Settings, go to Select My Fire TV and then Restart.

EVO PRO
• In settings, go to Device Preferences and then Reboot.
• Unplug the device from power, wait five seconds, then reconnect it.
