Basic Wireless Troubleshooting Steps

Many technical issues with mobile phones can be resolved with one of these two simple steps. Try the tips below before reaching out to technical support.

1. Do a full restart on the mobile phone.

Typically, this is done by holding the power button down for 5 seconds and tapping on the restart option that appears on the screen.

2. If the above step does not resolve your issue, try Reset Network Settings from your settings menu.
