Selective Call Acceptance

This feature is NOT AVAILABLE to WHOLESALE customers in Anchorage and Cordova.

To Activate:

  1. Lift the receiver and listen for dial tone.
  2. Dial the Selective Call Acceptance activation code, *64 (1164 on a rotary dial telephone).
    • WS for Arctic Villages, Barrow and Deadhorse use *641
  3. Listen to voice instructions which tell you:
    1. Whether the service is on or off.
    2. How many numbers are on your list.
    3. How to turn service on or off.
    4. How to add or delete numbers from your list.
  4. Choose from one of the following options:

Review your list.
Note: During review phase, you may delete numbers from your list by dialing 07 after the number is announced.

Turn service on/off.

Selective Call Forwarding 

This feature is NOT AVAILABLE to WHOLESALE customers in Anchorage Only.

To Activate:

  1. Lift the receiver and listen for dial tone.
  2. Dial the Selective Call Forwarding code *63 (1163 on a rotary dial telephone).
    • WS for Arctic Villages, Barrow and Deadhorse use *631
  3. Listen to voice instructions which tell you:
    • Whether the service is on or off.
    • How many numbers are on your list.
    • How to turn service on or off.
    • How to add or delete numbers from your list.
  4. Choose from one of the following options:

    2. Dial the Selective Call Rejection activation code, *60 (1160 on a rotary dial telephone).
      • WS for Arctic Villages, Barrow and Deadhorse use *601
    3. Listen to voice instructions which tell you:
      • Whether the service is on or off.
      • How many numbers are on your list.
      • How to turn service on or off.
      • How to add or delete numbers from your list.
    4. Choose from one of the following options:
