The latest updates included an Android API Update and Bug Fix for some Android versions where a user couldn’t open or download their bill from within the app.
Users will not be able to log into the MyGCI app unless they have the most recent version. The app should automatically update on your phone but may require a manual update depending on your device settings.
In the instance the device shows the app is updated but will not allow you to log in please take the following steps:
- Uninstall the app from your device
- Reinstall the device from your device's app store
