Call Waiting

Call waiting allows you to receive a call while you are already on the phone. You can turn this feature on and off, and also disable caller ID delivery on call waiting.

To set up this feature:

  1. From the main menu, select “Call Control” from the left-hand menu. Then, select “Call Waiting” from the table.
  2. Toggle the feature on or off by selecting “on” or “off.”
  3. You can disable Caller ID for Call Waiting from this screen as well.
  4. Select “Apply” or “OK” to save the changes or click “Cancel” to exit without saving. Note: Apply saves your changes. OK saves your changes and displays the previous page.
