Call Transfer

The Call Transfer feature allows you to transfer your call to another phone. Note: If you have three-way calling enabled, you can transfer the call with three-way consultation which allows you to hang up on the phone and leave the other two callers connected.

To use this feature:

  1. From the main menu, select “Call Control” from the left-hand menu. Then, click “Call Transfer” from the table.
  2. Toggle the feature on or off by selecting “on” or “off.”
  3. Call Transfer Recall will bring the call back to your phone if the other caller does not pick up. You can turn this feature on or off from this screen. You can also define the amount of time or number of rings before it is recalled to your device.
  4. Diversion Inhibitor for Blind Transfers and Consultative Calls can be turned on or off from this screen as well.
  5. Diversion Inhibitor for Blind Transfer - When on, the call is not redirected to an alternate destination or voice mail.
  6. Diversion Inhibitor for Consultative Calls. - When turned on, the call is not redirected to an alternate destination or voice mail. Note: If turned on, those types of calls (either blind or conference) will not be redirected to an alternate number or voicemail.
