Automatic Hold and Retrieve

The Automatic Hold/Retrieve feature automatically holds a call and retrieves it after a defined period of time.

To set up or edit this feature:

  1. From the main menu, select “Incoming Calls” from the left-hand menu. Then, click “Automatic Hold/Retrieve” from the table.
  2. Toggle the feature on or off by selecting “on” or “off.”
  3. On this screen, you can also define the amount of time it takes to automatically retrieve the held call. Note: This is a value between 6 and 600.
  4. Click “Apply” or “OK” to save the changes or click “Cancel” to exit without saving. Note: Apply saves your changes. OK saves your changes and displays the previous page.
