Automatic Call Back

The Automatic Call Back feature notifies you when a busy line becomes available by ringing your phone with a distinctive ring.

To turn on this feature:

  1. From the main menu, click “Outgoing Calls” from the left-hand menu. Then, click “Automatic Callback” from the table. 
  2. Toggle the feature on or off by selecting “on” or “off.”
    1. Note: The default for this feature is off. When the feature is on, when you call a number that is busy, after the standard busy tone, Automatic Call Back will play a prompt asking if you would like a distinctive ring (on an inbound call) when the line is available and no longer busy.
  3. Click “Apply” or “OK” to save the changes or click “Cancel” to exit without saving. Note: Apply saves your changes. OK saves your changes and displays the previous page.
