Cloud Voice App Download Instructions

  1. Download the GCI Cloud Voice app to your device and complete the simple set up.
    • If you already have the app installed on your device, jump to step 2.
      • For Apple iOS and iPad:
        • Open the App Store.
        • At the bottom of the screen, tap “Search.”
        • Search for “GCI Cloud Voice.”

        • Tap “Get” next to the app. Then, tap “Install.”
        • If asked, enter your password.
        • Reboot your device.
        • Tap the “GCI Cloud Voice” app and review and accept the license agreement.
        • Follow the on-screen steps to allow the app to interact with your phone.
        • At the login screen, enter:
          • Cloud Voice Number (this is your username).
          • Cloud Voice Password.
          • Note: Your Cloud Voice Number and Password are the same for both the app and for web access.
        • Complete the set up by entering your phone number to allow full support of the calling features.
  2. Once the app has downloaded, sign in with your phone number and password.
    • Note: When signing in to the app for the first time, you will need to call GCI to get your password.
    • Support can be reached at 1-800-800-7754.
  • For Android:
    • Open the Google Play Store app. Note: You can also go to play.google.com.
    • Search for “GCI Cloud Voice.”
    • Select it from the list of apps.

    • Tap “Install.”
    • Review and accept the license agreement.
    • Reboot your device.
    • In the URL field, enter https://sipportal.gci.com and click “Continue.”
  • At the login screen, enter:
    • Cloud Voice Number (this is your username).
    • Cloud Voice Password.
    • Note: Your Cloud Voice Number and Password are the same for both the app and for web access.
