To make a replacement request, call ProtectCELL at 877-775-3274 or visit them online at ProtectCELL.com. We offer a hassle-free request process, so another device gets out to you as fast as possible. There is a limit of 2 requests within any consecutive 12-month period, but there are no pre-set value limits.
You must sign up for plans within 30 days of date of device purchase to be eligible. There is a limit of 2 claims per year, and requests must be made within 60 days of an incident.
