Setting Up a Conference Call

Call GCI’s Conference Center Call Center at 1-800-770-2121. A Conference Center Representative will assist you in setting up a call.

Keeping Your Conference Secure

GCI Conference Center will assign a different 800 number for both the Chairperson and participants. For additional security you may request listen-only or interactive mode with the GCI Conference Center operator.

Chairperson and Participant Controls, Commands & Features

In order to keep the conference interactive, the following commands are available to the Chairperson and participants at any time during the conference. They can be activated by dialing the commands on the touch-tone phone that you used to join the conference.
