Pay in store

Head into a GCI Store near you to check your balance, make a payment or get help with your bill.

Note: GCI is temporarily closing many of our retail stores to the public in urban areas and adjusting retail store hours at our other stores. We are taking this action to help promote social distancing in order to keep our employees and customers healthy, and to help meet the growing demand of customers who are calling, rather than visiting. Visit our store locations page to find a store near you.

Have a copy of your invoice or account number handy. You will also need your PIN.
