14-Day Trial Period Policy

For New Wireless Service

If you have entered into an Agreement with a term service commitment, you have 14 days after purchase (or received date, if equipment is shipped) to cancel your service without incurring an Early Termination Fee (ETF). ETF fees are device dependent as stated in the terms and conditions of your service agreement.

Returns or exchanges may only be made within 14-days of purchase. 

  • All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and will only be granted to the actual purchaser whose name appears on the receipt. Refunds are applied to the original form of payment. Items may be exchanged only once within the acceptable return period.
  • Devices and accessories must be returned in the original packaging as sold by GCI. Mobile phones must be in like-new condition with no physical wear, or damage. Audio products must be sealed in original packaging, unopened and unused.  
  • Find My services must be deactivated. All content and settings must be erased, and device must be removed from Apple or Android accounts. Devices with activation locks will not be accepted. It is your responsibility to delete any personal information. 
  • Returns and exchanges are subject to a $35 or 10% of Retail Price Restocking Fee. If you want to exchange for a higher priced device, the price difference will need to be paid between the returned and new device. If the new device is lower in price, you will be refunded the difference minus the $35 restocking fee.
