Beginning April 28th we will be moving channels to a new format that is not compatible with our older digital cable boxes. If you have one or more of these devices in your home a number of cable networks will no longer be available to you, including:
TruTV, TBS, ABC Family Network, Food Network, MTV, Comedy Central and Syfy.
To confirm if you have an older model cable box in your home, press menu on the remote control, to see if you have the screen below:

If your answer is yes to both of the above, you must exchange your digital converter box for an upgraded model.
