Paperless Billing replaces your paper billing statement with an electronic copy or eBill, which is sent directly to your email address. You will no longer receive printed copies of your bill once enrolled in Paperless Billing.

How to turn paperless billing ON/OFF:

1. Go to my.gci.com on your computer or open the MyGCI app on your mobile device.
2. Log in using your MyGCI credentials.
3. Select Billing from the menu.
4. Under Paperless Billing, toggle the button to either “On” or “Off”.
