Tips for using this site

The services provided by GCI ( cable, telephone service, business services, etc.) are found on the horizontal striped navigation bar near the top of the page. Click on any topic to visit sections on those services. Text links at the bottom of each page also make it easy to go to these sections.

The vertical bar on the left hand side of the page has features that help you to find what you might be interested in if you don't really know where to start. That's where you'll find a listing of available GCI services by area, contact information, information on our current promotions as well as information for investors.

Troubleshooting

"The site looks all messed up."
We recommend using a version of Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer. You'll be glad you did!

"I tried a link, but got a message that said 'Not Found'"
Oops! If it's an external link (something not at our site), chances are it moved. If it's an internal link, it may be because we're constantly upgrading our site and it isn't available yet.

Downloading tips

The SEC filings in our financial section are very long, formatted documents. You can download them in Microsoft Word 5.1 or RTF format. RTF (Rich Text Format) is an interchange format that can be interpreted by most major word processors. If in doubt, that's probably the format you want to try.
